This course is the blending
of four overlapping areas of study: Data Mining, Business
Process Optimization, Applied Business Statistics, and Information
Systems/Business Intelligence. It is
designed to provide students with new insights into, and understanding of
business performance as a result of using different methods and techniques of analysis. The ultimate outcome
is to provide organizations with the tools necessary to make frequent,
faster, smarter, and data-driven
real-time decisions.
