Anaheim University mourns loss of faculty member

Dr. Larry Sechrest
1946 -2008

To Students, Faculty and Staff of Anaheim University:

It is with great sadness that I report to you the death of Professor Larry Sechrest while he was on sabbatical leave from Anaheim University. Dr. Sechrest had a long and distinguished career with Anaheim University where in his Global Economics course, he took generations of Anaheim students through the complexities of international economics. Professor Sechrest had that rare talent of being able to make difficult concepts understandable for his students. At the same time, he made challenging courses enjoyable, even fun for them. He will be missed by all of us, but those who were fortunate enough to know him, will be the better for that experience.
