Dear All Anaheim University Online system users,

At around 2:30pm December 17 (US Cali. Time), the server for the Anaheim University Online system installation experienced a problem that made it impossible to access the Anaheim University Online site. At around 4:00pm (US Cali. Time) we had to reboot the server. During the reboot, we discovered that there was a problem with one of the two CPU fans, possibly causing the server to overheat and shutdown.

At 9:00am tomorrow morning (Monday, December 19, 2006, US Cali. Time) we will shut down the server again to check on the CPU fan and if necessary, replace any damaged hardware. We expect this disruption of service to be from 9:00am to 11:00am (US Cali. Time).

We apologize for this disruption of service and any inconvenience this might have caused you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
